How to Apply
Please prepare your credit card (VISA, MASTER,AMEX,
JCB, DINERS), and your ID (passport, or driver’s license) beforehand.
Regarding the Starting Date of the Service
The starting date of the service and of the accounting
is usually 2 weeks after the application. If the preparation is completed
within 2 weeks, you can use the service for free before the starting
date of the service.
Regarding Payment
The initial cost and the first monthly fee will
be charged on your credit card when you make a contract. And, we
will charge the next monthly fee on the 17th of every month. The
due date for payment is within 10days of the billing date. Please
note that if your payment is not confirmed within the due date, we
may stop the service the next month.
Regarding Payment Method

Please fill out the cancellation form, and send
by mail, or by fax.
Cancellation form download Please apply for the cancellation by the 15th of the month. The contract will be automatically renewed for the next month after the 15th of the month. If you cancel before the minimum contract period (6 months), monthly fees for the remaining period shall be paid. And at the time of cancellation, we will return the Base Station installed in Japan to you. What is Nittel TV? |

| Nittel TV is the housing service of Location Free that we keep a Location Free device you bought at our facility where there is a TV antenna and in an internet environment, and we handle the setup for you in Japan. |

Where can I apply for the service? |

What are the conditions to use this service? |

What happens to the devices when I cancel the service? |

If the device which is kept in Japan breaks down, can you handle
the repair for me? |

| Yes we can. Handling fee $50 + actual cost for the repair (one-way shipping cost $50 + repair cost) are necessary. |

Is it possible to record TV shows? |

| It is possible to record TV shows on video while watching them
in real time, but we don’t recommend it because you can’t set the
timer and record the shows on different channels. The housing service of the recording devices such as DVD recorder to Japan may be illegal, so please note that we don’t provide the service at the moment. |

How many TVs can I watch at the same time? |
